Position: Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct global sales model and organisational structure analysis to identify management challenges and areas for procedural improvement.
- Plan and study work processes, such as organisational changes, communication strategies, information flow, production methods, inventory management, and cost analysis.
- Prepare detailed study reports and operational manuals by interviewing staff to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Analyse past and current market trends and perform competitive analysis to drive operational improvements and develop innovative solutions.
- Evaluate financial data, including revenue, expenditures, and industry reports, to provide actionable insights.
- Design and utilise tools to present information effectively to the management team and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with personnel to ensure smooth implementation of new systems or procedures and deliver weekly activity reports/presentations.
- Offer strategic advice to executives on organisational changes and future hiring needs.
- Develop training materials and conduct staff training on new forms, reports, procedures, or equipment, adhering to organisational policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Global Management, or Organisational Leadership (or equivalent foreign degree).
- No prior work experience required.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week).
