Position: Regional Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Conduct global sales model and internal process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in management and procedures.
- Study organizational processes such as communication flow, inventory control, cost analysis, and production methods to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare detailed study reports and operational manuals by gathering input from staff to assist management in decision-making.
- Analyze market trends and perform competitive research to inform operational strategies and suggest innovative solutions.
- Evaluate financial data, including revenue and expenditure reports, to provide actionable insights for business improvements.
- Develop and use tools to effectively present information and recommendations to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of new systems or procedures, providing weekly progress reports and presentations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to executives regarding organizational changes and future hiring needs.
- Develop training materials and train staff on new processes, procedures, or equipment, in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Global Management, Organizational Leadership, or equivalent (foreign degrees accepted).
- No prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week).
