Position: Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of potential clients and prospects.
- Develop and execute personalised sales plans to achieve individual targets.
- Maximise sales potential by setting and meeting personal goals.
- Provide support and share insights to help customers achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with directors to create and implement key sales strategies and approaches.
- Receive training to enhance professional and technical knowledge.
- Present detailed product and service information, including features and benefits, prepare quotes, discuss credit terms, and complete sales orders and reports.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to sales and services in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business sense and strategic thinking.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Electronics is an added advantage.
